P67A-UD7-B3 takes 1st place in 20 board Sandy Bridge shootout

German reviewers PCGamesHardware.de have just published the results of a massive 20 board Sandy Bridge comparo session. Published in the print edition, these guys set out to rate a slew of twenty boards in terms of performance, overclocking and features. We’re proud to see the top spot was taken by our beloved P67A-UD7-B3 board, with two other Gigabyte boards also rated inside the top twenty! Here’s what they had to say:

"[translation]Very good performance and top equipment. The Gigabyte socket 1155 top model won by a narrow margin. That is mostly based on the performance: the GA-P67A-UD7-B3 reached perfect benchmark results….Like the other tested motherboards in this price class, the 280 Euro GIGABYTE motherboard offers two graphic slots with 16 lanes by using the NF200 SLI chipset that is based under the central cooling solution. The OC options in the BIOS are very good."
